Overview
It is a 28-38GHz four-channel amplitude phase multifunctional GaAs chip (MMIC) that integrates power divider, five-bit attenuator, six-bit phase shifter, control driver, and other functions. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. All chip products are 100% RF measured. The chip control level signal is TTL, and the phase shift attenuation is serial control.
