Overview
It is a 32-38GHz amplitude-phase multifunctional GaAs chip (MMIC) that integrates functions such as a five-bit attenuator, a six-bit phase shifter, and a control driver. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. All chip products are 100% RF measured. The chip works for -5V power supply, the control level signal is TTL, and the phase shift attenuation is parallel control.
