HXC40007 is a gallium arsenide internally matched power transistor that uses advanced in-plane matching synthesis technology and mature thin film mixing integrated technology, the typical operating frequency band of the product is 3.1~3.5GHZ. It has the characteristics of high power, high efficiency and temperature adaptability, and can be widely used in various radio frequency/microwave systems.
