HX231540 is a C-band GaAs MMIC power amplifier with an operating frequency of 5GHz~8GHz, a small signal gain of 23dB, an output P-1dB typical of 39dBm, and a PAE of 28%, voltage +8V. HX231540 the surface is covered with a protective layer of dielectric layer and has a good ring environmental adaptability and stability, and the chip adopts an on-chip metallization process to ensure good grounding, and the back of the chip is metallized, which is suitable for eutectic sintering or sintered silver bonding operations
