HX0912P45WM is an amplifier module implemented by a first-stage GaAs monolithic to drive a second-stage GaAs monolithic power amplifier. The operating frequency range covers 960MHz~1225MHz, with a typical saturated output power of 44.7dBm and a power gain of 34.7dB, which is suitable for pulse operation mode. It contains two stages of monolithic leakage modulation and a second monolithic negative control positive protection circuit, input and output DC-blocking capacitors and bias filter decoupling capacitors.
