HX5258P50WM is a GaN internally matched wideband power carrier that provides the best power and gain performance in 50Ω systems. It has integrated negative control positive, voltage regulation, and power supply modulation functions. The inputs are +28V, -5V, TTL signal, RF signal. The outputs are 28V modulated and RF outputs.
