Overview
It is a 0.05-6GHz Gain Block amplifier manufactured by GaAs process. The amplifier operates from a single supply, with 50Ω matched loads at the input and output. The device can adjust Rbias and VCC to obtain the corresponding current. It provides +17dB typical gain at 42mA operating current and 15.3dBm output power of P1dB.
