Overview
It is a general-purpose double-balanced MMIC mixer manufactured using the GaAs process. The device has excellent conversion losses, excellent isolation, and spurious rejection over a wide bandwidth. It can be used as an upconverter or downconverter for frequencies from 3.5 GHz to 24 GHz.
