Overview
HX432040SF3 is an absorptive GaAs pHEMT SPDT MMIC switch chip covering the frequency of DC~4GHz. It provides greater than 50dB isolation and less than 1.5dB insertion loss across the entire operating frequency band. With 0/+5V logic control, it has excellent switching characteristics and port standing wave characteristics in the operating frequency band, which is suitable for microwave hybrid integrated circuits and multi-chip modules as well as low-power systems.
