HX432140A is an absorptive GaAs pHEMT SPDT MMIC switch IC covering the frequency band DC~8GHz, it provides greater than 45dB isolation and less than 1.5dB insertion loss across the entire operating frequency band. With 0/+5V logic control, it has excellent switching characteristics and port standing wave characteristics in the operating frequency band, which is suitable for microwave hybrid integrated circuits and multi-chip modules as well as low-power systems.
It uses an on-chip through-hole metallization process to ensure good grounding. The back side of the chip is metallized and is suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
