Overview
HX432290F3 is an absorptive gallium arsenide pHEMT SP3T MMIC switch chip, it's covering the frequency band DC~12GHz. It provides greater than 40dB isolation and less than 2.3dB insertion loss in the entire operating frequency band. With 0/+5V logic control, it has excellent switching characteristics and port standing wave characteristics in the operating frequency band, which is suitable for microwave hybrid integrated circuits and multi-chip modules as well as low-power systems.
