Overview
HX432190A is a 1~4.0GHz reflexive SPDT switch IC made of GaAs 0.25μmpHEMT process, integrated control driver function, powered by a single +5V supply, and CMOS level control. The back side of the chip is metallized and is suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
