It is a high-performance GaAs transceiver bidirectional amplifier chip, with same receiving and transmitting circuits, and the frequency range covering 6-13GHz. The transceiver channel gain is 9.5dB, the noise figure is 4.5dB, and the transceiving P-1 power is 12dB. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back.
