It is a high-performance GaAs transceiver multifunction IC with a frequency range of 6-18GHz, integrated switches and bidirectional amplifiers, symmetrical transceiver links, 21 dB gain, and 18 dBm output P-1. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back.
