Overview
It is a high-performance GaAs transceiver multifunction chip with a frequency range of 24-29GHz, integrated switches and bidirectional amplifiers, symmetrical transceiver links, 21 dB gain, and 17 dBm output P-1. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. All chip products are 100% RF measured.
