Overview
It is a high-performance GaAs transceiver multi-function chip with a frequency range of 33~37GHz. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. All chip products are 100% RF measured. AMTR0012S integrates a switch and bidirectional amplifier with a receive gain of 25dB and a noise figure of 3.8dB, a transmit gain of 28dB and a transmit saturation output power of 21.5dBm.
