Overview
HX152880Q5 is a multi-functional transceiver chip with integrated low-phase- noise N division PLL and wideband VCO, high linearity active mixer. The chip generates LO signals through PLL, VCO and external loop filters, and can also be connected to LO signals; Adjustable mixer bias current to enable lower power applications; Up to 4 chips can be used in parallel.
