Overview
It is an X-band multifunction GaAs chip that integrates amplifiers, switches, six-bit attenuators, six-position phase shifters, two-bit delays, control drivers, and more, fabricated using a fake high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) process. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. The chip operates from a +5V/-5V supply, the control signal is TTL (high-level compatible with 3.3V and 5V), and the phase-shift attenuation is serial controlled.
