HX100180Q4 type low-noise and low-power voltage-controlled oscillator is a multi-segment wideband VCO with integrated crossover function, covering the output frequency of 2:1 without gaps. It has a unique /2, /4, /8, /16 programmable crossover output port.
HX100180Q4 voltage controlled oscillator is available in a 24-pin 4mmx4mm surface-mount leadless plastic package. The pin pad is plated with Sn.
