Overview
HX100230Q4 is a wideband voltage controlled oscillator with a continuous frequency output of 6~12GHz. There is no 1/2 or 3/2 harmonic output in the whole frequency band, and it has the characteristics of low power consumption, low phase noise and flat output power. The SIV023SP4 voltage controlled oscillator is a 24-pin 4mmx4mm surface-mount leadless mold.
