HX41160AQ5 is a seven-digit controlled attenuator chip with a frequency range covering DC to 13GHz and an insertion loss of less than 2dB typical value. The attenuation accuracy is high, the attenuation step is 0.25 dB, and it supports single positive power supply or positive and negative dual power supply operation.
