Overview
HX231530 is an X-band GaAs MMIC power amplifier with an operating frequency of 8GHz~12GHz, a small signal gain of 24dB, an output P-1dB typical of 39dBm, and a PAE of 33% Voltage +7V. The surface of HX231530 is covered with a protective layer of dielectric layer, which has good environmental adaptability and stability, and the chip adopts on-chip metallization process to ensure good grounding, and the back of the chip is metallized, which is suitable for eutectic sintering or sintered silver bonding operation
