The surface of HX231510 is covered with a protective layer of dielectric layer, which has good environmental adaptability and stability, and the chip adopts on-chip metallization process to ensure good grounding, and the back of the chip is metallized, which is suitable for eutectic sintering or sintered silver bonding operation
