HXN20011-F power amplifier module is a high-performance power amplifier module. The module operates from a positive and negative power supply with a drain voltage of Vds=28V and a quiescent current of Idq=0.4A, and can provide 48dBm of output power over 5-6GHz, with a power gain of 25dB and a power added efficiency of 35%.
