Overview
HXH1306CP is a broadband GaN power amplifier chip with an operating frequency range of 0.3 GHz to 6.0 GHz. The chip is powered by dual power supplies with a typical operating voltage of VD=+28V and VG=-1.8V. It can provide 9dB power gain and 39dBm saturated output power in continuous wave mode, and has a typical additional efficiency of 35%. The chip can be used in radar microwave transceiver components and high-power solid-state transmitters.
HXH1306CP uses a 6-pin flange ceramic package with gold-plated bottom shell, which has excellent thermal conductivity. The bottom needs to be well grounded when in use.
