Overview
The HXNM42003 is a GaN HEMT power amplifier. It operates in a frequency range of 17GHz to 20GHz, boasts a power gain greater than 27dB, and a typical output power greater than 42dBm. It can operate in both pulsed and continuous wave modes. The chip is grounded via a backside vias and operates with dual power supplies, with a typical operating voltage of Vd = +24V and Vg = -1.75V.
