Overview
HX432020AF3 is a wideband reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch covering the frequency band DC~12GHz, and the chip provides greater than 42dB isolation and less than 1.2dB insertion loss across the entire operating band. 0/+5V logic control.
It has excellent switching characteristics and port standing wave characteristics in the operating frequency band, and is suitable for microwave hybrid integrated circuits, multi-chip modules and low-power systems.
