Overview
HX432270 is a wideband reflective GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch chip operating in the frequency band 50MHz~40GHz, it provides greater than 30dB isolation and less than 2.3dB insertion loss throughout the operating frequency band. The control interface is LVTTL level compatible, and has excellent switching characteristics and port VSWR characteristics in the operating frequency band.
The surface of the chip is protected by a passivation layer, and the on-chip through-hole metallization process is used to ensure good grounding. The back side of the chip is metallized and is suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes
