Overview
HX432180A is a GaAs pHEMT absorptive SPDT MMIC switch chip covering the frequency band 0.5 ~3.0GHz, the chip provides 70dB isolation and 0.6dB insertion loss in the entire operating frequency band. With 0/+5V logic control, it has excellent switching characteristics and port standing wave characteristics in the operating frequency band, which is suitable for microwave hybrid integrated circuits and multi-chip modules as well as low-power systems.
It uses an on-chip through-hole metallization process to ensure good grounding. The back side of the chip is metallized and is suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes
