Overview
It is a high-performance GaAs transceiver multi-function chip with a frequency range of 8.5~10.5GHz. The chip is grounded via a through-hole via metal on the back. All chip products are 100% RF measured. It integrates a switch and bidirectional amplifier with a receive gain of 10.5dB and a noise figure of 3dB, a transmit gain of 7dB and a transmit output of 20.5dBm P-1.
