Overview
HX101030Q4 low-noise and low-power voltage-controlled oscillator is a multi-segment wideband VCO with integrated crossover function, covering the output frequency of 0.625GHz~10GHz without gaps. There is no 1/2 and 3/2 harmonic output in the whole frequency band, and it has the characteristics of low power consumption, low phase noise and flat output power.
HX101030Q4 voltage controlled oscillator is available in a 24-pin 4mmx4mm surface-mount leadless plastic package. The pin pads are plated with NiPdAuAg.
