Overview
HX139400 is a traveling wave structure amplifier with an operating frequency of 10MHz to 50GHz. The amplifier is made of GaAs technology and operates at 130mA. Under operating current, it can provide 8dB gain and 13dBm output P-1dB.The chip is protected by a protective layer on the front and metallized on the back, making it suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
