The HX130360 amplifier core works on 3.0GHz~6.5GHz, made by GaAs process, can provide 20dB increase under 60mA working current, the output of 15.5dBm is P-1dB, and the noise in the room temperature zone is less than 2.8dB. The chip uses an on-chip metallization process to ensure good grounding, and the back of the chip is metallized for eutectic firing.
