Overview

HXNM43004 is a GaN MMIC designed specifically with high gain, high efficiency and wide bandwidth capabilities, which makes it ideal for X-band radar and other communication applications. This GaN MMIC is matched to 50ohm, for ease of use. It is designed to work in both Pulse and CW modes.
