The HXNM43007-A is a GaN MMIC designed specifically with high gain, high efficiency and wide
bandwidth capabilities, which makes it ideal for S-band Satcom and other communication applications.
This GaN MMIC is matched to 50ohm, for ease of use. It is designed for CW mode power amplification
operation with great linearity.
