Overview

The HXNM43005-F1 is a GaN MMIC designed specifically with high gain, high efficiency and wide
bandwidth capabilities, which makes it ideal for Ku-band Satcom and other communication
applications. This GaN MMIC is matched to 50ohm, for ease of use. It is designed for CW Mode power
amplification operation with great linearity.
