Overview
It is a DC-3GHz Gain Block amplifier manufactured using GaAs process. The amplifier operates from a single supply, with 50Ω matched loads at the input and output. The device can adjust R3 and VD to obtain the corresponding current. It provides +20dB typical gain at 35mA operating current and 14dBm output power P1dB. It is in a SOT-89 package. The pin pad is plated with Sn.
