Overview
It is a DC-3GHz Gain Block amplifier in a DFN 2*2 package. The amplifier operates from a single supply, with 50Ω matched loads at the input and output. The device can obtain the corresponding current by adjusting Rbias and VCC. It provides +22dB typical gain at 33mA operating current and 12dBm output power P1dB.
