Overview
The HXN50334 is a 25W unmatched GaN HEMT designed for multiple
applications, especially sub-6GHz LTE/LTE-A/LTE-U, as well as either CW or pulsed
applications.
There is no guarantee of performance when this part is used in applications designed outside of these frequencies.
