The attenuation range is 0.5dB~31.5dB, the attenuation accuracy is high, the attenuation step is 0.5dB, and the bias voltage is -5V. HX40460Q3 attenuator adopts QFN-16L, 3mm*3mm size package, and the pad is plated with NiPdAu.
