HX40440 is a five-digit digitally controlled attenuator chip with a frequency range covering DC to 35GHz and an insertion loss of less than 7.0dB typical value. High attenuation accuracy, attenuation step 1dB, -5V bias voltage. HX40440 attenuator adopts QFN-24L, 4mm*4mm size package, and the pad is plated with Sn.
