HXH1018PQ4 is a low-noise amplifier plastic-encapsulated chip with a package size of 4mm × 4mm. The chip operates from 1 to 11 GHz, and under 5V conditions, it can provide a gain of 15dB and a P1dB output power of 19dBm, with a typical noise figure of 1.5dB. The center pad on the back of the chip serves as both AC and DC ground and must be well grounded during use.
