HXH1014PQ5 is a low-noise amplifier QFN packaged chip with a package size of 5mm × 5mm. The chip operates at 2–20GHz and, under 5V conditions, can provide a gain of 15dB and a P1dB output power of 14 dBm, with a typical noise figure of 2.5dB. The chip offers a gain control port, which can be used for AGC.
The chip is manufactured domestically and can meet the requirements of localized applications, serving as a replacement for the foreign model HMC463LP5.
The central pad on the back of the chip is a reference ground pad and needs to be well grounded during use.
