HXH1015PQ4 is a low-noise amplifier plastic-encapsulated chip with a package size of 4mm × 4mm. The chip operates at 7~14GHz and can provide a gain of 17dB and a P1dB output power of 13.5dBm at 3V, with a typical noise figure of 1.9dB. The operating voltage can be increased to 4V to improve output power.
The central pad on the back of the chip serves as both AC and DC ground and needs to be well grounded during use. The chip is manufactured domestically and meets the requirements for localized applications, and can be used as a substitute for the foreign model HMC564LC4.
