Hisiwell has recently launched two high-performance GaN power amplifier modules, HXNM41001-F1 and HXNM41002-F, designed to provide reliable alternatives to the Qorvo TGA2239-CP for applications in the 13–15.5 GHz frequency range.
The HXNM41001-F1 is the recommended replacement solution, covering 13–15.5 GHz and delivering up to 47 dBm typical output power at 28 V, with typical PAE of 38% under pulsed operation (100 μs pulse width, 40% duty cycle). It features a compact 15.25 × 15.25 × 2.75 mm package.
For applications requiring higher output power, the HXNM41002-F provides an enhanced solution, delivering up to 49 dBm typical output power with typical PAE of 35%, while covering the same 13–15.5 GHz frequency range.
Both products operate with a 28 V drain supply and are suitable for high-power RF applications including radar, satellite communications, and other microwave systems.
