Overview
HX432200 is a GaAs absorptive SP4T MMIC switch covering the frequency band DC~20GHz, and it provides greater than 35dB isolation and typical insertion loss of 2.2dB across the entire operating band. With 0/5V logic control, the switch has a compact size and fast switching that can be used in a wide range of integrated circuits.
