Overview
The HXN50240 is a 200W 28V，both input and output matched GaN HEMT, ideal for multiple
applications from 3.0-4.2GHz, and at higher voltage 32V, capable to output more than 250W.
It can support linear and saturated application, for both CW and pulsed CW.
There is no guarantee of performance when this part is used outside of stated frequencies
