The HX140080 amplifier chip operates at 28GHz~55GHz and is made in GaAs process, providing 17dB gain and 15dBm output P-1dB at 114mA operating current. The chip uses an on-chip metallization process to ensure good grounding, and the back of the chip is metallized, making it suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesives
